SIR,
I hv 3 years smileing problam in mouth..itting in gums....treated many docters as(dentist of max--ans-no problam,physian-not understand,many ayurvedic and homopety doctors but still problam not resolved...plz help and guidence and leave the this problam(mouth smiling and ittiching)

Sounds like it may be a hypersensitivity reaction (allergy). Some people are allergic to their toothpaste or mouthrinse. Try different brands and flavors. Most allergy problems in toothpastes are found in the ones flavored as cinnamon. Try switching to just baking soda or no paste at all to see if there is any rapid improvement.
