I was at my dentist's getting some decay problems taken care of, when she said she noticed a lump on my salivary gland. She told me this could be causing problems for my teeth, as well as other problems she is not trained in, so I should see a doctor about this. What do you think about this?

hi, i recently noticied small red bumps all over my tongue and white blotches under my tongue. i also noticied that on the side of my tongue it looks like a field where they plant crops, like someone was diggin groves in the side of my tongue. help!!!!!!!!!!!!
