Medicaid coverage in IL ~ extractions covered?

Hello all, Can someone tell me definitively if tooth extractions are covered by Medicaid (Public Aid, not Medicare) in IL? I have two teeth that I've been told by a dentist need root canals, which aren't covered by Medicaid, and I'd just like to have them removed... is that even an option? Thanks...

dark slightly protrusion on side of tongue, dark color

REcently on a dentist visit, I was asked by her how long I had had the mark on side of my tongue. It looks like two dark lines, practically black. No pus or pain. She referred me for a biopsy. My general practitioner said it looked like ruptured blood vessels and nothing serious. I am ocncerned.
