Acouple of months ago i noticed a lumb on the right side off my gum.I wen,t to see a dentist and he told me it was meant to be their.I have compared it to my left side off my mouth and there is no lump on the left side.The lump is sore when i touch it and looks white in colour,wot do u think this cud b as im very worried its cancer.
