I have some white specs that I spit out, they realy stink and I don't know how to get rid of them. Can someone help me? I feel like it makes my mouth stink because I can feel they are there but I can't always get them out. Although I get these specs every once in a while, I hate them.

I feel salty taste in mouth for more than 5 months, in addition to the salty spotting that increases at night. This taste comes from my throut. I just take Isabril Tablets for high pressure, but the problem started before the medecine.

How do you maintain oral hygiene when wearing braces?

I am supposed to start wearing braces next week and I am a bit frightened. I mean, it is a good thing I will have to put them on by night only, I don’t think I would be able to survive a day in school with that metal in my mouth. Anyway, how do you maintain oral hygiene when wearing braces?
