Tongue bar stuck inside. I went to change my tongue piercing and this happened

I have had my tongue pierced for a few years and today i went to change it i took bottom bar ball out and slit the bar upwards to remove but the end of the bar is now stuck inside my tongue and doesnt come out or go back down.   anyone help!!
