I'm 16. I took my tongue ring out, and got it done 5 days ago, and was wondering. How long will it take to heal? And how will I know it's healed? Cause I'm quite afraid to risk my dairy eating again.. Please help! Thank you

tiny fleshy white bumps on floor of mouth

Hi, its a week since my extraction on my lower jaw. I have teribble pain, there is pieces og bone coming out. Which the dentist said it will come out by its own. I have this really bad taste in my mouth. Alot of pain, what can I do????????
