DPU, treated with prednisone, singulair, pepsid, claritin and xyzal

I had DPU over 20 years ago,treated with prednisone on and off for a 3 year duration, then it was gone. Two years ago it came back. I've been to an allergist and prescribed singulair, pepsid, claritin and xyzal, none of which alleviated my symptoms. I've tried zyrtec on my own, and it didn't help...
