Seems to me Premarin is no help at all

Hi. I am 52 years old and I am in my menopause. I was prescribed with Premarin to treat the symptoms of menopause. However, my breasts become swollen every time I take a pill, and I have bad headaches. Seems to me Premarin is no help at all. Anybody?
