What are the indications for acidophlus usage? Does person with that eat healthy and balanced food need to take acidophlus supplements? I have problems with digestion sometimes and it is more common diarrhoea to occur than constipation. Would acidophlus be helpful in my case? Thanks.

Your intestinal flora may be harmed by antibiotics or salicylic acid. You may have problem with absorption or something. If I were you I’d try with acidophilus supplements, or would take more food that is rich it. Acidophilus has influence on growth of bad microorganisms in the gastrointestinal tract that cause diarrhoea. It also aids digestion.
