Pain in Neck and right shoulder with numbness in fingers

I've had a sharp stabbing pain in my right shoulder for going on 6 yrs now. Just recently its gotten worse along with sharp neck pain and tingling in hands and fingers. Could this be a pinched nerve ?

Spirometry test

Hi. I have a shortness of breath and my doctor has told me that I should take a spirometry test. I`ve never heard for such test. So, is there anybody who could tell me more about it? What are the normal spirometry results? How should I prepare for the test? Is there some sort of a risk involved?

Help, anyone can figure out what it is?

Hello, I just started getting bad pains in my back and it is awfully painful to breathe. My throat kind of hurts when I swallow, but back to the breathing, it hurts a lot. My back hurts tremendously as well. I use my inhaler, but it does me no good. Does anyone have an idea what it can be?
