I am a runne,r and ran an up hill 10k this past Saturday. I bagan to feel chest tightness, nausea, lightheaded dizzy. Came close to passing out. I run 3 to 4 days a week 7miles with not problem and have run this up hill run last year with no problem. The next day I felt extreme fatigue and hurt all over, with chest tightness. Today is Monday and I still have the chest pain but not as bad. Last June I had a stress test and no sign of any heart problems then. I do have high clestrol?
