Very Scared, only 15

I don't know what to do. Down in the basement of the house we are renting there's white/grey tape around the ductwork. It is very damaged and its tearing everywhere. I believe it's asbestos, but since im only 15 I can't convince my parents to test it. they don't want to say anything to the landlord...

chest pains and shortness of breath

I'm 56, male and in decent physical shape...6.0', 195. I,m having heart symptoms, shortness of breath and angina. I recently had a stress test with no blockage. The blood workup before the stress test showed an elivated blood sugar. Is it possible that high blood sugar could cause these symtoms?
