I had my X-ray but then the doctor told me to have apicolordotic view

I had my Xray but then the doctor told me to have apicolordotic view. In my x-ray, there is a suspicious densities that seen on the right apex and left 3rd anterior intercostal space. The heart is not enlarge and diaphragm and both costophrenic sulci are intact. What does these mean?
