Hi guys, I know it's been over a year since most of you were going through this..
but did any of you get a diagnosis on what was wrong? Or did it go away in time?
For the past 3-4 months I've been living with dizziness, fatigue, heart palpitations, tight chest, mood swings, maddening cramps from lower abdomen-upper abdomen, nausea, what I thought were panic attacks (some doctors I've seen don't believe they are panic attacks) feeling dehydrated even though I'm guzzling back pints of water/cups of tea, feeling the urge to go to the toilet right after eating anything.. Vomiting has eased off since I was put on antacids, although I've stopped taking them as the vomiting was the only thing they seemed to stop.
I've been backwards and forwards to the doctors for blood tests, urine tests, stool tests..
Latest stool test has showed high levels of inflammation or something..
I'm finally being referred to a gastroenterology specialist, which can still take up to 18 weeks for me to even see.. I'm at the end of my tether.. please does anyone have any clue?

I have been going through the exact same issues like you- the racing heart, nausea when trying to eat, the crazy heart palpatations. I had a situation where I was going to the bathroom almost every 5- 10 or 15 minutes. One day I woke up feeling like the world was overwhelming me, like the world was caving in on me. I called my local emergency number and they got me to the ER; my heart rate and bp were fine, my oxygen level in my blood was 100% with the PLeth meter. It turned out that I had a combo of female infections that needed to get solved with heavy antibiotics. Also while I was at the ER, they did a CBC on me- low hemoglobin, low MCV and MCH levels. I was told by my doctor that I was slightly anemic.I have been a pescatarian for almost 5 years; just reintroduced meat back in to my diet so I could get the B vitamins and iron I needed.I have added iron tablets to my daily regimen.
Recently went to my GP and she took my blood pressure, which was 128/80.
I get that weird bubble thing too, near my ribcage. Sometimes it happens while I'm out to eat at a restaurant and I have to readjust my back and sit up straight til it goes away. What is that?
I have had several incidences in the past weeks or so where I wake up feeling dizzy, nauseous, heart rate feels like it is going to pound out of my chest. I feel shaky when I wake up like I can't even start the day because of the nausea symptoms.
It's so weird there are so many of us dealing with these symptoms and yet when we go to the hospital, "Everything is fine, everything is normal, nothing to worry about."
