Hi..my chest x ray show that i have a suspicious infiltrates in the right upper lung field...they suggest me for apicolordotic view for further evaluation. What does it means?

Pls explain the meaning of this x-ray results... The lungs are relatively hyperaerated. There are suspicious left apical densities. Heart is not enlarged. Aortic knob is calcific. Diaphragm and the rest of the thoracic structures are unremarkable. Thank you.
