What is the meaning of these? What should I do??

Suspicious density is seen in the right upper lobe. Heart is not enlarged. Aorta is unremarkable. Both hemidiaphragm and costophrenic sulci are intact. No other remarkable chest findings noted.

hurts to breath and cant stop coughing
