The left side of the glands of my genitals are very red and attached to the foreskin

Had a partial circ on Friday due to Phosmosis after checking the results today it appears that on the left side of the glands of my penis this is very red and attached to the foreskin as well as in the normal place (frenulum) Has anybody else had this and what did your Dr or sergon recommend?

 I've had frequent urination, discomfort at the tip of my penis & itching in my rectum. Occasionally low back pain & more occasionally pelvic pain. The sense of urination comes on very fast as well as if I have to run to the bathroom.
