hi doctor. little while ago i had unprotected sex with my girlfriend and about 7 days later and 22 days ago i started to have this stingy or pinchy feeling at the beginning of urination. i read about it online and i started taking a lot of fluids, mainly water. it helped for a couple of days but later i started to have this weird feeling at the end of urination, as if the drops are being pulled out or something. im still keeping my water intake to the max i can but that feeling continues and last night after urination finished and i had that weird feeling again. i kind of rubbed my penis so that the drops with in, come out. But i noticed that the last 3-5 drops were blood. it happened again in the morning when i went for shower and all. Now since morning i have gone 3 times to urinate and i did not have blood drops at the end of urination but that feeling/sensation remains. and i have also noticed that since all this began my urine color has been yellowish itself and dosnt get white
