Im 13, almost 14, and i cant pull my foreskin back, only a TINY bit. I used to be able to pul it back about half way over the head but now it wont go back much and if i try to pull it it can be painful? What do i do to make it looser if possible?

hey, im 17 and when flacid I have no problem with my penis. However, when i gain an erection the foreskin is still very loose and is able to move along the shaft and over the head easily. If anyone could offer any advice i'll be very grateful, thanks!
