Feelings and what they mean; advice?

I'm having some feelings it's not quite he way I would normally feel. Like there will be a pain in my chest and arms without doing anything to make them hurt. I'm easily flushed now and I'm all around wanting to know what these could possibly mean. Help or opinions are certanly appreciated.
