life expectancy for fish

Hi, folks. I am planning keeping some fish in my aquarium. I am not sure what I can expect from this. Can anyone tell me about the life expectancy for fish? How long is it? I would really appreciate if you could tell me something more about this topic. Your help will be more than appreciated.

lump on horse back

I think that my horse has an allergy to insect bites - every time she gets stung, she gets big lumps. Right now, she has a huge lump on her back, I am guessing it was caused by a horse fly or perhaps even by one of them hornets, and I think it really hurts her. Are there any treatments?
