tear in pleural sac

I've been told I have two small tears in the left pleural sac - I've been being treated for pneumonia (with little or no results) for 3 weeks. I am on Keflex (second time of 10 days) and cough syrup with codeine. Any suggestions or general info. about the tears and recovery?

Just finished antibotic after being in hospital for 6 days recovering from pnem. No fevers but weak and have night sweats 2 to 3 times a night. I am tired all the time which I am told is normal but are the sweats normal?
