hi i have dermatomyositis ra and fibromyalgia does anyone know much about the effects on pregnancy after 6 mc and one premature baby im struggling to find much litterature apart from that it attacks the placenta i guess im looking for some good news?

hi im 11weeks pregnant and this morning i notice light pinkish blood. it woukd go away and come back...no cramps or nothing... well its noon and now im bleeding im really scare cause i dont want to loose my baby.. can somebody please help!!!!!
