i was wondering if ADHD meds affects the development of the fetus and if so how long does it take and what does it do to the fetus?? If it doesnt afffect the development of the fetus then is it ok to take the meds when you are pregnant and nursing??

I'm sixteen weeks pregnant, I took a 800mg ibuprofen earlier today since then I been told that by taking that could cause a miscarriage. My first pregancy; 21 yrs old I terrified that I could possibly lose my child. Is this true, if so what do i do to provent it?
