Expecting twins.. No heart beat on one at 20 weeks until I was turned on my side

I am expecting twins, at 20 weeks... During my ultra sound one baby showed no heart beat but when I was turned on my side it was beating normal... Is this something to worry about

I had the novasure procedure done in february and have had no periods and just became active in a sexual relationship and did not use protection could I still become pregant and if I take a pregancy test would it show up positive if I was pregnant or would it have a misreading?
