Im 7 mos pregnant and Im experiencing chest pain. I dont believe its heartburn because when it occured I was at work and I hadnt just eaten. I was disoriented a bit. And this morning it felt like a rubberband was bein tightened around my chest. Im afraid to go to work. Any ideas?
