Passing blood clots after HoLEP surgery. When will that stop?

I had HoLEP surgery on January 18, 2023.  It all went well but now I am five (5) weeks post-op and have started passing large clots on and off.  Tonight one of the clots (dime size but thick) momentarily blocked the flow of urine. Has anyone else experienced this this many weeks postop??...

Does anyone know of or heard of Dr. Casey Dauw of the University of Michigan for HoLEP??

Does anyone know of or heard of Dr. Casey Dauw of University of Michigan?  He has done over 1000 HoLeps and was trained by Dr Lingiman.  I have a 150 prostate and cannot void at all.  I am also 81 years old and my local Dr recommended him.

Can it really take up to 2 years for the TURP procedure to work? I'm still having nocturia

I had a TURP procedure done a year ago but I'm still suffering from nocturia (due to my prostate, I assume). My urologist told me that it can take up to 2 years for the benefits of the TURP operation to fully take effect.  I'm not experiencing any other serious urinary problems...
