I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 18 years old. My gyn told me that my chances of conception were very slim. Why is that? Since them I am BC pills and I get the period, but I would like to have a baby soon.

My period is missing in action, 8 years ago I had a c-section. I haven't had sex for years, I told the test to see if I am ovulating just to find out if I am and it said that I am. So could the surgery cause this, or what can it be caused by?

I had an ablation done in Jan 2007, over the last six months have had severe pain every month, bleeding is not bad. GYN did the battery of test and nothing showed up except for small cyst and uterine fibroid. They have no answers for me. Have been to the ER twice with pain and missing work....
