Movement under right rib cage??

It feels like something is moving around under my right rib cage (high abdominal area one right side). It flutters/pulses!?!?!??? I am NOT Pregnant, I have had 2 children, and that is not where you feel movement unless you are 7-9 months along. What else could it be? Its starting to freak me out!
