Dark brown/red discharge

Okay, so I'm 13, 14 in Febuary, and for a year now I've been getting dark brown discharge in my underwear but I haven't started my period yet??When I wipe though, it has blood on it...So I'm kinda freaked out and I'm embarrassed to talk to my mom about it so someone PLEASE HELPP!!!
