My daughter has blood in her underwear

My 9 in a half year old daughter had blood in her underwear  twice once last year and again this year it was on her underwear now she has cramps backaches headache everyday is this a sign of her getting her period soon she will be10 on Monday before she will get cramps sometimes

My friend had an abortion before 1 year of her last marriage and now from 1 yr she dint sex now , she decided for no sex till marriage means for about 1 or 1.5 year more does after this duration her new husband will recognize about her being non virgin and how much time does vagina take to close
