Vaginal Large Lump

I have a large lump on the inside of my vaginal lip. To the touch it almost feels as if there is something poking me. Could this be an ingrown hair? It is becoming painful.

vaginal discharge and slight odor

so i have never had anything abnormal with my vagina before........but lately i have having some more than usual discharge(sometimes clear sometimes a little wgite and creamy, and a slight odor. It doesnt smell terrible or anything, its more of a sweaty or musty smell. any help or advice?
