Hi, I had partial hysterectomy last month. My ovaries were not removed, and my cervix too. I am wondering, am I still producing eggs after partial hysterectomy?

Hi, I had a partial hysterectomy 10 months ago. I thought there was no chance to get pregnant again, because my uterus was removed. However, I started having symptoms that I already experienced once- symptoms of pregnancy. I know how unbelievable that sounds, but I’m sick every day and my abdomen and chest are swollen. I know that ovaries can still produce eggs after partial hysterectomy, but I don’t know where do those eggs go since I don’t have uterus any more. My friend told me that those produced eggs are probably absorbed by body, because they have nowhere to go. She says that sperm and eggs can never be connected after hysterectomy, so there’s no chance for pregnancy. It only means that my symptoms so not indicate pregnancy, but hormonal imbalance or something similar.

I am a 32-year-old and was told by the doctor that I do not produce eggs. How do I correct this problem? Will I ever become pregnant?
