Bleeding after sex... Blood while peeing!!

My boyfriend and I had sex(It wasnt my first time) .. During sex the condom we were using was hurting me.then later on I noticed blood in my underwear when I was going pee. Then as I was peeing blood was coming out. It mostly comes when I pee. Does anyone know what it is??
