Cluster of Pimples on Bruise

Hi I have a small bruise on my chest, but yesterday (one day after getting the bruise) I have noticed that there is a little cluster of unpoppable pimples right next to the bruise. This has never happened to me before and I was wondering if anyone knows what it might be.
