I am 46 and have had eczema all my life. I have been using triamcinalone for the past 20 years or so, but my doctor recently would only give me one refill instead of the years worth she used to prescribe for me. She said I need to stop using it on my face because it can cause a thinning of the skin. I went for four days without using it and today when I woke up my face was red and swollen. I cannot possibly go to work or out into public looking like this. I really don't know what to do now. I need help!!!

This must be so awful. Have you found another treatment. If so, what is it. Did the doctor just leave you without any other options? There have got to be more if you haven't found any. Get a second opinion. However, you should still share what the first doctor said. Do you homework and ask questions. There have got to be other solutions for you. I hope you are still asking questions if you haven't gotten help. Please let me know. I hope that you are doing better now.
