Cracking and skin pealing on finger tip to the point of bleeding from cracking.

My finger tips crack and peel to the point of bleeding when they crack. The tips are also dry. Hand creams do not seem to help. My most relief is when I soak them in warm water and the finger tips feel good only for a short time. Is there any medication onr can take ti prevent this problem. Thanks

broken blood vessels

My very active 10 year old grandson was running in Gym and a blood vessel broke in his eyebrow. It swelled up and got black immediatley. What is the cause of this and should we seek a Doctors opinion? He is not overweight and is very healthy.
