burning on sikn,pain is sharp,but there is nothing on the skin?

hi.. will i been felling this burning pain under my brest,its stared on day in the moring i felt sharp pain under my brest,and then it felt like if it burn but the odd thing is that theres nothing on my skin nothing that i can see at least,and thats how its been going on for likr a 5 weeks now....

62 year old with sweating remedy.
