I HAVE EXCEMA TOO AND I ALWAYS GET IT WHEREMY LIPS TURN DARK AND ITCH AND ARE DRY AND SORT OF LOOK LIKE CHAPPED LIPS, OR ITS MY ALLERGIES, WHAT CAN I USE FOR THIS? i HAVE EUCERIN CREAM AND VASELINE AND CHAPSTICK, SEEMS ITS SLOWLY GOING AWAY. WHAT IS FASTER?
