Very serious infections due to scab and skin picking problem

Medication for my back

I dont have a memory foam mattress and I wash my sheets alot, I dont use any wash on my back because nothing works, so I just let it be and all this stuff just keeps coming... I'm sure there is some sort of strong medication I can put on my back that maybe som1 would know of?
