Wierd bumps on arms, face, and thighs

I've had these little weird bumps on my arms, face, and thighs for as long as I can remember. I'm 13 and they're really annoying, mostly in the summer. They aren't itchy or anything but they're really embarressing! how can i make them go away? Plz help asap! Thanks!
