My son age 20 often develops swollen lips after eating bakery products this lasts for a day and then the problem gets resolved without any medication What does this indicate? Can any one explain and suggest a solution to this problem

painless blister like sores on son's leg

My son had one blister like sore on inner thigh. It got bigger and redish purple the longer it was there. It took awhile to go away. Now he has noticed 2 more they start off very small like an ingrown hair. They are just on his legs. they are not painful or itchy...what is this????
