I have this rash, it starts on the right side of the outer labia, it is very dry/white patch of skin. On both my inner thighs the skin is dark brown almost red and scaly. I dont know if this could be jock itch, or some form of STD?

hyperhidrosis with facial sweating

I have facial sweating at random times of the day. My hairline gets wet, etc. I have talked to my doctor who has told me to talk to a dermatologist. I am having trouble getting an appointment and am getting very frustrated. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
