I have had little white dry wheels that get bigger and peel. No pain. Make my thumbs ruff..i cut off dead skin with fingernail clippers. But it comes back. Dr prescribed cloves tool ointment..no help. Flute as one cream..no help. Water makes it peel worse. Any body had this. It started 2 years ago after taking Cipro.
