Small, round, painful bumps with white heads on them. Located on thighs, shoulders, chest.

I have little bitty round spots on my thighs, shoulders, and chest in between my breasts. They are very painful at even the slightest pressure, unlike any pimples I've ever had before. They also have white heads on them and when I pop them they swell bad.

butt crack hurts! I've tried soap, showering, Vaseline, wipes, etc, but nothing
