Dry cracked hands, it looks like a burn victim

My mom has been dealing with dry cracked hands for over a year. It looks like a burn victim it's so bad and the dermatologist hasn't done anything to help her except prescribe her medicine that doesn't work. I'm just trying to figure out what she's suffering from. Can someone please help me?

Extremely cracked & peeling lips that has spread to my face, could this be transferred by feces

Hil I've been having major problems with raw, cracked peeling lips. I had 2 steroid creams. It has now spread to my face I'm 60 yrs old & work with dementia patient whom I change diapers. I wear gloves but I also hold her hand without. Could this be transferred by feces?

I have a non painful dent like spot on my right buttcheek
