lump below belly button

Hi, I have lump 7 inch long ( 3.5 from centre to left +3.5 inch to right) and 2 inch wide at about 2 inch below my belly button. When pressed could feel a ball sort of thing at the end of each side of the lump and its painful too. I am female, 25 years old. What could this possibly be ?
