Hard, movable, painless lump on bottom right of back

I have a hard, smooth, movable, painless lump on the bottom right of my back (lumbar). I can't tell if it's on my spine or not but it is very movable.  Should I be worried?  I'm an 18 year old male.  Any insight would be great.
