Itch in groin

hi few days back my groin started to itch. I didnt cared much but now the skin in groin area has become dark black. I went to a doctor who said that the I have some infection and skin will reamain black now. Does any one know what might be wrong? Can the skin be turned to normal again?

itchy welts after using the tanning bed

I have just started laying in the regular tanning bed,and i used an accelerator the first two days,but the third, i used nothing,and didn't really clean the bed. The next day i got these itchy welts on my sides,and it is now two days later,and they're spreading. What do i do?!
